About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made from Auralis Jewels through this store.
Products
All pieces are made to order in solid 14k gold. Rings and earrings are
additionally offered in solid 10k gold. Stones are cubic zirconia, hand-set;
a small number of pieces use hand-applied enamel instead, and the product page
says which. Because pieces are handcrafted and finished by hand, small natural
variations between pieces are normal and are not defects.
Where engraving is offered, it is complimentary and permanent. An engraved
piece is made for one person and is final sale.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. For orders shipped within the United States
prices include tax. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes
charged by the destination country are separate and are the responsibility of
the recipient. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an
order already placed.
Shipping
Shipping within the United States is free on every order. International
shipping is a flat $9.90, and free on international orders over $250. See our

Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an
order — for example if a piece cannot be made or an item was priced in error —
and in that case you are refunded in full.
