    Materials

    What is Auralis jewelry made from?
    All pieces are solid 14k gold, available in yellow, rose and white gold. Rings and earrings are also offered in 10k gold. Stones are cubic zirconia unless a piece states otherwise.

    Will it tarnish?
    14k gold does not tarnish the way plated jewelry does. With normal everyday wear it keeps its color.

    Sizing

    What sizes do you offer?
    Rings come in sizes 2 to 10, including half sizes. Bracelets come in 5.5 to 8.5 inches, and necklaces in lengths of 40 to 60 cm. See the Size Guide.

    Orders and shipping

    How long until my order ships?
    Every piece is made to order. Orders are ready to ship within 5-7 business days.

    What does shipping cost?
    Shipping within the United States is free on every order. International shipping is a flat $9.90, and free on orders over $250.

    Where do you ship?
    We ship to the U.S. and 27 countries — see our Shipping Policy for the full list. Delivery times vary by destination.

    Are taxes added at checkout?
    No, not for orders shipped within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country; those are separate from our price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    After your order

    Can I return or exchange a piece?
    Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn. For a refund we cover return shipping within the United States; for an exchange you arrange the return shipping and we cover sending the new piece out.

    Is there a warranty?
    Yes. Every piece carries a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within the United States, shipping is on us in both directions. Full terms are on our Warranty page.

    What does the warranty cover?
    It covers how the piece was made: a stone coming loose, a solder separating, a clasp failing, or the finish breaking down early under normal wear. We repair it at no cost, or replace it if it cannot be repaired. It does not cover accidental damage, chemical contact, normal wear and scratches, loss or theft, or damage after a repair done elsewhere. Engraved pieces are covered exactly like any other.
